Clean modern hotel close to the LVCC

The hotel is clean and smells nice, modern facilities, security at every door, the carpets are clean and the room is clean. Room service was responsive and the rooms are done fast. The room has everything you need. This hotel is far away from the buzzing part of the strip and close to the conference center if that's why you're in Vegas for. The bars and restaurants of the hotel are nice but you need to get a spot first which can be hard at busy times.

Could be better

The minibar charges you the moment you move/remove an item from the tray, even if you want to check the label. There was no room inside the mini-fridge to store my own products which was annoying as hell. There's no breakfast option you can include in your stay which is the most annoying. For breakfast you have to check the local restaurants, book in advance or get on the line which is exactly what you don't want to do in the morning.

Beautiful new hotel at the end of the Strip - great location for those looking for a calmer, more luxurious/modern feeling stay in Las Vegas. It’s a non-smoking hotel too so no smell in the rooms (as opposed to the older hotels on the strip). That said we also really enjoyed the casino experience at Fontainebleau MUCH more than any other (been to Bellagio, MGM, Venetian, Cosmopolitan) as everything felt more organized and sophisticated. We were also welcomed and helped really well at Check-in by Cherry despite the busy time and a long queue!!

The overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful. The amenities, such as the pool area was breath taking. The bed was comfortable, and my limited view due to the location of my room was still nice. Some of the staff provided excellent customer service. The room was affordable.

Could be better

When I contacted the front desk regarding my room being dirty and the hot water in the sink not working, a staff member hung up on me, then didn't pick up when I called back. There was someone who came and adjusted the water to make it hotter when I wasn't in my room. However, they never left a note or anything to confirm they had been in the room. Overall, the hospitality staff could be more courteous and tidy. I ended up wiping down my own room with Lysol wipes, and the housekeeping staff cleaned it the next day, pretty well.
