What’s Not Yet Available
Currently, Hotely’s AI integration supports hotel search and comparison only. Bookings, payments, and account management are handled securely on hotely.travel. In-chat booking is coming soon.

Authentication
No Hotely account is required to search hotels. The connector uses OAuth 2.1 for secure authorization. A consent screen identifies the AI app you're connecting and asks for permission to access Hotely's hotel search on your behalf.
No sign-in is needed to book on hotely.travel.
Data & Privacy
- ·Search criteria only: The connector processes your destination, travel dates, number of guests, and preferred currency, if specified
- ·No personal information: The connector does not receive or store names, email addresses, or payment details
- ·Read-only access: The connector cannot create bookings, modify reservations, or process payments
- ·Secure connections: All requests are encrypted using HTTPS (TLS).

Neither tool modifies data nor processes payments. Prices are displayed in USD unless the user requests another supported currency. Totals include taxes and fees, with any additional charges payable at check-in shown separately.
Authentication and scopes
- OAuth 2.1 authorization code flow with PKCE (S256) and dynamic client registration.
- A single consent screen identifies the connecting app. No Hotely account or password is required.
hotels.read: Allows hotel searches and access to property details.bookings.readandbookings.write: Reserved for in-chat booking, which is not yet enabled. When requested, the consent screen offers a read-only option.- Access tokens expire after one hour. Refresh tokens remain valid for up to one year and are rotated with each use.

How to disconnect
- Remove Hotely from the list of connected apps or connectors in your AI assistant's settings.
- Apps can also revoke tokens using
POST https://mcp.hotely.travel/oauth/revoke(RFC 7009). - Revoking a single token terminates the entire connection, invalidating all associated access and refresh tokens.
- Revoked tokens stop working immediately.
Rate limits
- Up to 60 requests per minute per connection (access token).
- If the limit is exceeded, the server returns an HTTP 429 response with a
Retry-Afterheader.
Data handling
- Data received: Search criteria only (destination, dates, number of guests, and optional currency).
- Data not received or stored: Names, email addresses, or payment information.
- Data stored: OAuth client registrations and tokens are stored in Redis until expiration or revocation. Search activity (search criteria, app name, hashed IP address) is logged to operate and improve the service.
- Secure connections: All traffic is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS).
